Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy.
• Once hired, must be fitted for, capable of donning & performing routine tasks in PPE to include N95 mask, PAPR, or CAPR.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist performs examinations, evaluations, and establishes plans of care including goals and recommendations for discharge.
• The PT provides daily treatment to promote functional independence and modifies treatment programs.
• Performs documentation in EHR.
• Coordinates/communicates with interdisciplinary team.
• Participates in program improvement, clinical education, and customer service standards.
