About The Position
Physical Therapist (PT) Vineland, NJ Autumn Lake @ Vineland $46–$51/hour Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide individualized rehabilitation services within a skilled nursing setting. This role focuses on improving mobility, reducing pain, and helping residents regain independence.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and identify functional limitations
- Create and carry out tailored therapy programs
- Use therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safety
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
- Work closely with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
