About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is opening a new outpatient clinic in Bethesda, MD, focused on individualized care, movement, balance, and wellness. This opportunity offers the chance to combine hands-on outpatient patient care with clinical leadership. The Physical Therapist will play an instrumental role in growing the clinic, establishing best practices, and fostering a supportive, patient-centered environment. The role involves treating patients while helping to shape clinic operations, care delivery, and team development, with support from national systems, training, and clinical resources.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland (or eligible)
• Passionate about patient-centered outpatient care
• Interested in leadership, mentorship, and long-term growth
• Enjoys collaboration and building strong team culture

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized treatment plans
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients
• Focus on outcomes, patient experience, and clinical excellence
• Help establish clinical standards, workflows, and best practices
• Lead by example in professionalism, patient engagement, and care quality
• Partner with ownership on clinic growth, community outreach, and referral relationships
• Contribute to operational planning as the clinic expands
