Physical Therapist PRN
About The Position
The Physical Therapist I evaluates and treats patients within legal and professional guidelines and hospital and departmental policies and procedures. The role evaluates and implements plans of care to improve, restore, and enhance physical functional performance and promote injury prevention. The Physical Therapist completes documentation and quality improvement activities and instructs and directs Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians as assigned. The position is based in Carmel, serving the greater Indianapolis area, and offers PRN day work, with opportunities to work at various Franciscan Health therapy locations. New graduates are welcome. The role emphasizes one-to-one therapist/patient-focused care and mentorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited program.
- Valid license or temporary permit for the applicable state.
- Able to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities.
- Ability and willingness to work in a team environment.

- Experienced physical therapists and new graduates are eligible.
Responsibilities
