About The Position
For 50 years, Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) has been helping patients heal, recover, and remain independent at home. T provides a full array of home care services for TGH patients, and those in the community needing home care. This office continues the same level of care and experience received at Tampa General Hospital.
Requirements
- Active Florida PT License
- Strong assessment and treatment skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Complete in-home physical therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Coordinate care with physicians and clinicians
- Maintain clinical documentation
