As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. This is a full-time licensed Physical Therapist position in an outpatient setting. Requirements
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state.
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Eagerness to grow & learn.
- Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.).
- Team player.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, patient-centered treatment sessions.
- Collaborate with and mentor other clinicians.
- Maintain autonomy and pursue growth specific to individual passions and expertise.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
- Participate in Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs).
