Requirements

  • Current Physical Therapy License in the state of Alaska
  • Strong communication & time management skills
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
  • Proof of current auto insurance & vehicle registration
  • Fingerprint clearance card (we can assist with obtaining one)
  • CPR certification & negative TB test (we can help with these as well)
  • Ability to pass a Background and Drug Screen.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy treatment in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patient function, strength, and endurance
  • Routinely assess and update care plans to ensure the best patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and self-care techniques
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants and Technicians
  • Maintain clear and ongoing communication with the care team to support patient needs
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of observations and treatment progress
