About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
Current state Physical Therapy license
Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current

Responsibilities

Perform in-depth assessments to understand patient conditions, establish baselines, and identify therapy goals.
Collaborate with patients to design and implement personalized rehabilitation strategies aimed at restoring strength, function, and mobility.
Facilitate physical therapy sessions through exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to enhance recovery.
Regularly evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals effectively.
Provide guidance on exercises, home programs, and lifestyle changes that support ongoing recovery and prevent future injuries.
Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic, coordinated approach to patient care.
