About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their collaborative team of outpatient orthopedic therapists at the Garland Firewheel location. This role involves initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment, managing a caseload of approximately 10 patients per day, and timely, accurate documentation using Therapy Source. The therapist will be responsible for interpreting assessment and diagnostic data, ensuring medical orders are accurately transcribed and processed, promoting continuous quality improvement, and instructing and counseling patients and their families as needed.

Requirements

Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities
