Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for their Central Ft Collins office. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with temporary and/or long-term physical disabilities, create personalized patient care plans to address pain relief, restore function, and promote healing, and maintain compliance with all local and federal requirements. Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team oriented
Experience with pediatric patients
Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education.
Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado.
Demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities to perform the duties required of the position.
Can meet the physical and mental demand level of the position.
