About The Position

At NovaCare Cambridge, we take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience. Our clinical team treats a diverse outpatient population, helping all our patients return to athletics, work, life, and the things they love. This is a full-time position treating 40 hours per week, averaging 10-12 patients per day, with 1:1 hour evals. We offer a variety of specialty services and are open to expanding our offerings to align with your interests, skill set, or outreach initiatives. New graduate physical therapists are encouraged to apply! We offer a structured, onsite mentorship program designed to support your professional growth from day one. Specialties Offered at NovaCare Cambridge: Orthopedic Rehabilitation (including post-surgical care and sports injuries), Neurological Rehabilitation (stroke, Parkinson’s, CVA), Vestibular Rehabilitation, Geriatric Therapy, Dry Needling, Work Conditioning and Industrial Rehab (POETs and FCEs), Manual Therapy Techniques, Therapeutic Exercise and Functional Movement Training.

Requirements

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
  • Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
  • CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
  • Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
  • Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
