Requirements
- Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- CPR Certification required
- Current Delaware license or eligibility for a Delaware License
Responsibilities
- Treating patients requiring rehabilitation after injury or disease process.
- Establishing appropriate treatment programs that include goals to be attained.
- Completing all documentation relating to patient care, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
