About The Position
Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout the Atlanta, GA area. Choose between part-time W-2 employment with benefits or a flexible PRN opportunity based on your availability. Whether you're looking to build a consistent weekly caseload or pick up visits around your current schedule, this opportunity lets you deliver individualized patient care without the double-booking, productivity quotas, and clinic burnout that are common in traditional outpatient settings.
Requirements
- An active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Georgia is required.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based setting.
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide one-on-one treatments based on each patient's functional needs and goals.
- Manage individualized treatment plans with clinical autonomy.
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and overall function.
- Complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and members of the clinical team.
- Coordinate with our administrative team regarding scheduling, patient care, and logistics.
- Build and manage your caseload based on your availability and preferred coverage area.
