About The Position
A PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Physical Therapist to treat patients in a steady, well-organized clinical setting. This position is designed for a PT who wants to help patients move better, recover from injury, and regain function without feeling rushed through high-volume care. You will work with a variety of orthopedic cases and have the support of a professional team focused on patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active Florida PT License
- DPT or MSPT Degree
- Reliable, professional, and organized
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates welcome
- Orthopedic interest preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and determine clinical needs
- Develop treatment plans that support mobility, strength, and function
- Treat orthopedic conditions using skilled physical therapy interventions
- Provide hands-on care and therapeutic exercise instruction
- Teach patients how to manage symptoms and continue progress at home
- Document evaluations, visits, and progress updates
- Communicate with referring providers when needed
- Help maintain a smooth and positive clinic flow
