Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or, Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or, D.P.T. in Physical Therapy
• Alaska Physical Therapist License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates, and maintains Physical Therapy services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patient/family.
