Physical Therapist - Outpatient
About The Position
PT Solutions is hiring full-time outpatient Physical Therapists to provide care for patients and communities while developing their clinical skills and careers. The role offers exposure to a diverse caseload and services, including orthopedics, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehabilitation. Therapists work in an interdisciplinary environment and use evidence-based approaches to evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. The position includes a six-week Vitals+ onboarding program, mentorship, residency-style specialty development programs, continuing education, and opportunities for professional growth and leadership.
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- Current or pending state licensure.
- BLS certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients per day.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Provide education tailored to individual patient needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Manage patient documentation and workflow efficiently within the EMR system.
- Manage a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients per day.
