About The Position

At PYG Therapy, we’re hiring compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists (PT/DPT) to provide pediatric home health services throughout Arizona. Whether you’re experienced in pediatrics or exploring home health for the first time, our team is committed to helping you succeed with strong clinical support, flexible scheduling, and dedicated caseload assistance.

PYG Therapy is therapist-led, meaning we understand the realities of working in home health. Our goal is to create an environment where clinicians feel supported, valued, and set up for long-term success.

In this role, you will provide pediatric physical therapy services in the home setting, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, complete ongoing documentation of patient performance and progress, educate and coach caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic skills, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members, maintain communication regarding patient updates, progress, and care needs, and build meaningful relationships with children and families.

Requirements

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license (PT/DPT)
• CPR certification
• AHCCCS ID
• Article 9 certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric or home health experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities
