About The Position

Panorama Physical Therapy, in partnership with Upstream Rehab, is committed to providing a remarkable patient experience through empowering therapists to provide patient-centered, one-on-one care working closely with our amazing orthopedic surgeons and their teams. We contribute to the betterment of our patients and our communities by providing individualized care in a positive, collaborative atmosphere. This annual salary ranges within the specified amounts depending on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications. Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans. Requirements

Current or pending PT license
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
CPR certified

Nice To Haves

Experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine.
Experience in a team atmosphere.
Experience in a positive, collaborative atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered, one-on-one care.
Work closely with orthopedic surgeons and their teams.
Contribute to the betterment of patients and communities by providing individualized care.
Participate in clinic shadowing and surgery observation.
Opportunities to become a CI and/or a mentor.
Participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans (for full-time positions).
