About The Position
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for an orthopedic outpatient clinic in Deerfield Beach, FL. This PT-owned office offers a flexible schedule, full benefits, and a patient pace of 2 patients per hour. The Physical Therapist will help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, pain, and movement challenges through evaluation, treatment planning, skilled therapy, and education.
Requirements
- Current FL PT License
- DPT or MSPT Degree
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in orthopedic outpatient practice
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Complete physical therapy evaluations and progress assessments
- Build treatment plans for orthopedic and outpatient rehab patients
- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training
- Help patients improve movement, stability, strength, and independence
- Teach home exercise programs and recovery strategies
- Modify treatment plans as patients progress
- Document care clearly and consistently
- Coordinate with PTAs and team members as needed
