About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our fun and growing Early Intervention team in Lancaster, PA! This is a W-2 position offering flexible scheduling options for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities. The role involves providing in-home services for children aged 0-3, focusing on utilizing best practices within the child's Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) and supporting families in their natural environment. The position emphasizes collaboration with other professionals and requires diligent documentation.

Requirements

Pennsylvania State PT License
Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
Must not be excluded in enrolling in Pennsylvania’s Promise System
Original Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background Check and FBI Clearance required

Responsibilities

Provide Physical Therapy sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.
