About The Position
Bridgeway Home Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join their clinical home-health field team in Smyrna, Georgia, and the surrounding area. The role involves providing quality home health care, conducting one-on-one patient care, and patient/family teaching in the home setting. The Physical Therapist will assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to optimize functional abilities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy educational program.
- Current Physical Therapist / PT state license within the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
Responsibilities
- Conducting one-on-one patient care in the home setting.
- Patient/family teaching in the home setting.
- Assessing patient needs.
- Developing personalized treatment plans.
- Implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize functional abilities.
