About The Position

At NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester, our Physical Therapists use advanced technology and best-practice techniques to restore and maximize patient mobility. We provide one-on-one therapies that are tailored to meet the individual needs of our patients. The therapist assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within their capabilities. Now, you can become one of the people who Make It Possible. Provide high-quality care as you communicate with physicians, referring providers, multidisciplinary staff and administrative personnel. This is a per diem position at our in-patient acute care location 55 Palmer Avenue, Bronxville, NY. Weekend coverage Saturday/Sunday, holidays and some weekdays. Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelors, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from an accredited program in physical therapy
• Current NYS PT licensure

• Two years minimum experience as a physical therapist in acute care.
