Requirements
- New Jersey Physical Therapist License Required
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Computer Literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus)

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose each patient while developing individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans
- Deliver exceptional evidence-based patient care across outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation populations
- Maintain high levels of communication with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers to ensure quality patient care
- Complete notes thoroughly and in a timely manner to maintain collaborative care across disciplines
- Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges, improve clinic operations, and achieve clinic goals
- Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives focused on patient outcomes
