About The Position
This is a full-time Physical Therapist opportunity in a modern outpatient orthopedic setting. The role is centered on helping patients move better, recover from injury or surgery, manage musculoskeletal concerns, and regain confidence in everyday movement. You will work with a clinical team that includes 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, with documentation completed through WebPT. The clinic sees patients from 11 to 90 years old, offering a varied and steady caseload.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, patient education, and documentation skills
- Ability to work with patients across a wide age range
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and determine treatment needs
- Build treatment plans based on diagnosis, goals, function, and progress
- Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions through skilled physical therapy care
- Provide therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual therapy, mobility work, and strengthening programs
- Support patients recovering from injury, surgery, pain, weakness, or movement limitations
- Educate patients on home programs and safe activity progression
- Reassess outcomes and modify treatment plans when needed
- Complete patient documentation in WebPT
- Work with PTAs to support consistent care delivery
