About The Position
We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. In this role, you will evaluate patient needs, provide treatment, and guide recovery through practical, goal-based care. This is a straightforward clinical opportunity for someone who wants a full-time schedule and the ability to spend meaningful time with each patient.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Evaluate new patients and create care plans
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions based on patient goals
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to support recovery
- Monitor patient improvement and make updates to treatment plans
- Teach home exercise programs and movement strategies
- Complete notes and other documentation on time
