About The Position

This is a limited term position providing direct inpatient care on the Cancer and Blood Disorders service, serving hematology-oncology and bone marrow transplant patients across the hospital’s inpatient and pediatric intensive care unit. The role involves evaluation and treatment for patients over 12 months of age, collaborating with patients, families, and treatment teams to improve safety with functional mobility, maximize strength and endurance, and achieve developmental milestones. This position includes weekend and holiday rotations.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in physical therapy.
Current Washington State license to practice as a physical therapist.
BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Experience in hospital based pediatric physical therapy.

Responsibilities

Provides direct inpatient care on the Cancer and Blood Disorders service.
Serves hematology-oncology and bone marrow transplant patients across the hospital’s inpatient and pediatric intensive care unit.
