The coverage area is Apopka, FL / Northwest Orange County, FL, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The position emphasizes a pay-per-visit model with potential for high earnings, quarterly bonuses, and reimbursement for mileage and data plans. The company provides consistent patient volume and utilizes technology like AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) to reduce documentation time, allowing therapists to focus more on patient care. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Lymphedema Certification

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Complete documentation using streamlined technology
