Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (Per Diem/Part-time) for locations in Middletown, DE, Newark, DE, and Wilmington, DE. At Ivy Rehab, PTs have opportunities for mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership, non-clinical roles, and future clinic ownership. The compensation range listed reflects the good-faith estimate of pay that this organization reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. Requirements

• License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state (Delaware).
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Eagerness to grow & learn.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
• Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
• Participate in mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, and leadership opportunities.
• Potentially open your own clinic(s) with equity.
