About The Position
Advance Rehabilitation is seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for orthopedics and a thirst for continued knowledge and growth. This role involves assessing patients, developing and initiating treatment plans, providing direct patient care, documenting findings, and overseeing patient care performed by assistants and technicians. The Physical Therapist will also be responsible for completing a written plan of care, developing goals, and implementing comprehensive programs to achieve those goals. Effective communication with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies is essential.
Requirements
- Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current state of Georgia Physical Therapy license, CPR certification
- Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills
- Outgoing and energetic personality

Responsibilities
- Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
- Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
- Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
- Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
- Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
- Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
- Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
