About The Position

HCRC Staffing is hiring a Physical Therapist to join its growing multidisciplinary team in East Norriton, Pennsylvania. The role is based in a modern clinic and involves helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. The Physical Therapist will work with physicians, therapists, and support staff in a collaborative practice with an established patient base. The schedule is a four-day work week with no nights or weekends. The advertised salary is $95,000–$105,000+, depending on experience. Paid training and career growth opportunities are offered.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Nice To Haves

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients throughout their recovery.
• Supervise physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and the rehabilitation team.
