About The Position

The White Earth Health Center is seeking Physical Therapists to provide full-time patient care and rehabilitation services. The goal is to deliver culturally sensitive, high-quality care across all age groups, from infants to elderly patients. This is a contract opportunity with the potential for multiple option periods.

Requirements

U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
Graduate of an accredited PT or OT program.
Active, unrestricted PT or OT license in any U.S. state.
Current BLS certification.
Must pass a federal background check.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with Native American populations preferred.
Prior White Earth Health Center credentialing.
Experience across all age groups.
Sensitivity to Native American culture and communities.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of conditions (post-surgical, neurological, orthopedic, chronic pain).
Develop care plans and goals with patients and families.
Document progress in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Coordinate with referring physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
Maintain a daily patient load of approximately 10 per 8-hour day.
