Requirements

Current Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain) with no sanctions
Passion for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
Team-first attitude and commitment to great patient experience

Top performers average 11–12 patients/day (double-booking only when appropriate and not impacting care)
Use an AI-driven, HIPAA-compliant EMR designed to reduce documentation time
Director Pathway and clinic leadership training
Diagnostic imaging pathway + support for specialty certification (e.g., OCS)
No weekends, strong PTO, and sustainable caseload expectations
