About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking Physical Therapists, ideal for newly graduated professionals, to join their innovative Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence, allowing new therapists to launch their careers while revolutionizing care for older adults. Founded in 1998, FOX was the first private practice in the U.S. to provide outpatient services in a home setting, offering clinicians flexibility and autonomy while ensuring top-tier, 1:1 patient care. Requirements
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in PA
- Graduate from an accredited PT program
- Current CPR Certification
- Exceptional patient service delivery
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
- Desire to develop professionally
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Basic computer literacy
Nice To Haves
- No prior in home or home health experience required
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient services in a home setting.
- Deliver top-tier, 1:1 patient care.
- Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
- Conduct 60-minute treatment sessions.
- Treat additional patients to supplement income.
