About The Position

American Senior Communities is seeking a Physical Therapist for Todd Dickey Nursing and Willowdale Village. The role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories, and to use clinical skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The Physical Therapist joins the ASC Therapies and Wellness team in a supportive environment with experienced therapy leaders and a structured 9-month mentorship program. The position focuses on senior care and coordinated resident care. The therapist conducts thorough assessments, documents changes in resident conditions, collaborates with nursing and other facility teams, and supports teamwork and a respectful, positive environment. The role calls for a strong commitment to geriatric care and the organization’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

Hold a current and valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
