About The Position
Outpatient Physical Therapist in Monterey, CA. This role offers a sign-on bonus, monthly student loan repayment assistance, and NPTE prep course for new graduates. Select Physical Therapy focuses on helping people return to their activities and supporting clinicians in growing their careers. The Monterey clinic is looking for a motivated and eager Physical Therapist to join a supportive team. The role involves treating a diverse patient population across the lifespan, including those with post-operative conditions, vestibular issues, concussions, balance problems, and sports performance needs. 1:1 mentorship is available for new graduates. The salary range is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and monthly student debt repayment assistance are offered.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
