About The Position

As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Our treatment sessions are individualized, allowing a patient-centered focus and approach. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Nice To Haves

• Specialization in Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, Oncology, Vestibular, Hand, Pediatric, Neuro, Vertigo, Sports, Parkinson’s Disease, Performing Arts, Pulmonary Disease, Concussion Management, or Dry Needling.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, patient-centered treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with and be mentored by experienced clinicians.
• Maintain autonomy and pursue growth specific to your passions and expertise.
• Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
• Pursue specialties such as Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, Oncology, Vestibular, Hand, Pediatric, Neuro, Vertigo, Sports, Parkinson’s Disease, Performing Arts, Pulmonary Disease, Concussion Management, Dry Needling (depending on state), and much more.
• Deliver best-in-class care and witness exceptional patient outcomes.
• Manage reasonable caseloads to spend more time with patients focusing on their individualized treatment plan.
• Become a certified clinical instructor and mentor students (for experienced teammates).
