Integrated Therapy Solutions (ITS) is seeking an experienced and driven Physical Therapist with a passion for helping children live life to the fullest to join their team as a full-time Physical Therapist in their outpatient pediatric clinic located in Hawthorne, California. ITS emphasizes a holistic approach, with a dynamic team of therapists and specialists collaborating to provide comprehensive care. As a PT, you will work with children from birth to 21 years of age, tailoring treatments to their unique needs.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Proof of current or pending state licensure as a PT.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
- A desire for continuous learning and growth.
- Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage your own caseload, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Provide tailored one-on-one sessions to make a real impact in each child's care plan.
- Work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a "whole child" approach to all therapies offered.
- Work independently as a self-driven clinician while continuing to grow within our interdisciplinary team.
