About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists for their Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence, aiming to develop confident, successful, and well-rounded clinicians. FOX Rehabilitation was founded in 1998 and is a nationally recognized organization providing outpatient services in a home setting, emphasizing 1:1 patient care. The role involves treating older adults with the support needed for professional growth.

Requirements

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in South Carolina
• Graduate from an accredited PT program
• Current CPR Certification
• Exceptional patient service delivery
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
• Desire to develop professionally
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Basic computer literacy

Nice To Haves

• No prior in home or home health experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in a home setting.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized treatment sessions.
• Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
• Develop professionally with mentorship and hands-on training.
