About The Position

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll deliver exceptional care, educate and train families on essential exercises, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure every child receives comprehensive, high-quality care that will last a lifetime! You will be passionate about working with children with a variety of diagnoses, committed to learning the Westside Way with a focus on hands-on manual manipulation skills, creative and innovative in developing effective treatment plans, and dedicated to mentoring the next generation of PTs by providing guidance and supervision to fieldwork students.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited physical therapy education program
• PT licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
• CPR Certification required within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans for pediatric clients (birth–18 years)
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve gross motor, self-care, and functional skills
• Support families with coaching and modeling to reinforce treatment goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate documentation

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000, aligned with skills and experience
• Realistic Productivity Expectations: 28 Direct Treatment Hours per Week
