Requirements
- A licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Nebraska
- Strong communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment
- Enjoys working with older adults and helping patients regain mobility, independence, and confidence

Nice To Haves
- Prior SNF or geriatric care experience
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents
- Design and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with facility staff and IDT members to support overall patient care
- Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to PTA team members
