About The Position
Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Zerbe Sisters in Narvon, PA and our local retirement communities is seeking its next employee-owner team member. Symbria requires PRN to be available for coverage at several of our top rated senior communities (SNF/LTC/CCRC's) which include some of the following: Garden Spot Village, New Holland; Maple Farms, Akron; Tel Hai Retirement Community, Honey Brook.
Requirements
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Ability to work on weekdays is necessary (can also be available weekends if there is a need for evals).
- At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience required.
- Nethealth experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
- Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
