About The Position

We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time opportunity in North Kansas City, Missouri. This role involves evaluating patients, planning care, providing skilled therapy, and helping individuals improve how they move and function in daily life. You will work with patients who may be dealing with pain, injury, limited mobility, weakness, balance issues, or recovery after surgery. The focus is on helping each patient make realistic progress through structured therapy, education, and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Clear communication and patient education skills

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred, though not required

Responsibilities

• Assess patient mobility, strength, balance, pain levels, and functional ability
• Build treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical goals
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment during scheduled visits
• Teach proper movement patterns, exercises, and home care strategies
• Measure progress and make changes to the plan of care when appropriate
• Complete timely documentation for all visits and evaluations
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers when needed
