They utilize evidence-based interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, biofeedback and other modalities to achieve patients' goals. They evaluate and document patient progress, utilizing outcomes to drive results and modifying the plan of care as needed. They educate patients about what to expect from the recovery process and how to cope with challenges throughout the process. They follow up with patients to ensure better adherence to plan of care. They connect with providers and local organizations to increase awareness of therapies provided by the clinic and ensure that as many patients as possible that need care are able to receive it.
