About The Position

This is a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) position focusing on a geriatric patient population. The role involves evaluating and following up with patients typically seen 2 to 3 times per week. Treatments are 45 minutes long, with easy laptop documentation. The caseload is generally 1 to 7 patients per week. The company, BioMechanics, is PT-owned and operated, established for over 10 years, and emphasizes ethical practices and care for both patients and therapists. They offer mentorship with a Senior PT, full orientation, on-site assistance, shadowing, and documentation review.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• CA Licensed Physical Therapist
• CPR Certified
• Recent Physical within the last year
• Clear TB Test
• Works well unsupervised

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients
