About The Position

Our boutique, cash-based outpatient physical therapy clinic in San Rafael, CA is hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our highly collaborative team. We specialize in orthopedic and pelvic health, delivering patient-centered care strictly through one-on-one, 60-minute sessions. Whether you are an experienced orthopedic clinician looking to expand your skill set or a passionate New Graduate DPT, we offer a structured path to specialize in pelvic health physical therapy through paid training and dedicated in-house mentorship.

Requirements

  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active (or eligible) Physical Therapist License in the state of California.
  • A strong willingness to train in pelvic health and comfort treating both male and female pelvic health conditions.
  • Ability to commute or relocate to San Rafael, CA 94901.

Nice To Haves

  • Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred (5+ years is ideal, but not required).
  • New Grad DPTs with a fierce interest in pelvic health and mentorship are highly encouraged to apply!
  • Experience or certification in the McKenzie Method (MDT) is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, 1:1 outpatient evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and pelvic health populations.
  • Develop and implement individualized, comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Gradually integrate pelvic health patients (treating both male and female populations) into your caseload as your training progresses.
  • Educate patients on movement, long-term wellness, and autonomy in their recovery.
  • Maintain accurate, efficient documentation within our streamlined EMR system.
