As a Physical Therapist serving the Palm Beach, FL area, you will be a trusted partner throughout the patient’s plan of care. Your role will focus on restoring motion, ensuring safety in the home, and helping clients achieve their highest functional potential. You will improve quality of life through promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation, working under a physician-directed Plan of Treatment and in collaboration with patients and caregivers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensed/registered as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience, preferably in home health
• Demonstrated clinical expertise and strong knowledge of treatment practices
• Ability to manage diverse patient personalities with professionalism and empathy
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse

Responsibilities

• Identify and address patients’ goals and needs
• Develop individualized care plans using a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques
• Provide quality, personalized care that motivates patients to function at their best
• Promote healthy lifestyles by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and communicate updates effectively
• Perform other duties as assigned
