About The Position

Freedom Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for their outpatient private practice. This role operates on a 45-minute, 1:1 care model, allowing therapists ample time for critical thinking, thorough treatment, and patient connection. The clinic emphasizes clinical depth, specialty skill development, and a team environment that values excellent patient care and professional ownership. This position is ideal for PTs who want to make a real impact rather than just survive a demanding schedule. The clinic focuses on outcomes, not churn, and fosters a culture of respect, family values, lifelong learning, team collaboration, clinical excellence, and integrity. Therapists have opportunities to develop clinical niches and specialties in areas such as Orthopedics, TMJ/craniofacial care, Vestibular/balance, Dry needling, Women's/men's health, Chronic pain, Sports rehab, Golf performance, Osteoporosis, Parkinson's, Hypermobile/EDS care, Spinal conditions, and more. The team includes experienced PTs and OTs who collaborate to provide comprehensive care. The model encourages therapists to be engaged in the full patient experience, including excellent care, building trust, maintaining documentation, supporting patient follow-through, and contributing to practice growth through education and community outreach. This is not a high-volume clinic; it is a fit for a PT seeking meaningful treatment time and who takes pride in contributing to both patient outcomes and practice growth.
