About The Position

Integrity Rehab Group, in partnership with Tucson Orthopaedic Institute, is seeking a Full Time/Flex Time Physical Therapist committed to providing a remarkable patient experience. This role emphasizes coordinating patient-centered care with a focus on comprehensive evidence-based treatment and building strong relationships with physician partners to achieve exceptional patient outcomes. The position offers a positive atmosphere for patient healing and promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment. This is a dual clinic role, with Wednesdays at the FIT at Paloma location and M/Tu/Th/Fri at the Wyatt Rd or N. La Cholla locations.

Requirements

Current or pending PT license
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Ability to float to FIT, East, and Northwest locations
CPR certified

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services.
Coordinate patient-centered care with an emphasis on comprehensive evidence-based treatment.
Build integral relationships with physician partners.
Float to FIT (4001 E. Sunrise Dr) on Wednesdays, 8am-5pm.
Float to the East (2424 N. Wyatt Dr) and Northwest (6320 N. La Cholla) locations as needed.
Participate in opportunities for physician interaction, including clinic shadowing and surgery observation.
Engage in learning and teaching opportunities, potentially becoming a CI and/or a mentor.
Participate in the Leadership Development Program.
