Requirements
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Self-motivated and compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
Responsibilities
- Restore movement, function, and quality of life—one home visit at a time
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans focused on meaningful outcomes
- Collaborate with PTAs and the broader care team to support patient progress
- Track progress and celebrate meaningful patient milestones
- Serve a diverse pediatric and adult patient population across a variety of conditions and needs
