About The Position
SOL Physical Therapy, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partner, is seeking a contract or Per-Diem Physical Therapist for their Oakland-Montclair location. Requirements
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist
- Commitment to patient-first, integrity-driven care

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care
- Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care
- Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
- Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
- Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate
